EMPLOYEE MARKET Apply for a role

Professional remote roles across the UK and Ireland

A job board for people who already work with digital products — and want a clearer brief.

Employee Market publishes contract and freelance-style vacancies with published day-rate bands. English-language roles only. Applicants should be 25 or over and able to show at least two years in a related field.

How the board works

Listed work, not a promise of income

Each vacancy shows a day-rate range that the hiring team has budgeted. The final figure is agreed after a conversation about scope and availability.

Published hours

Roles are remote. You agree working blocks with the team before you start — not after.

Day-rate bands

Vacancies on this site sit between £80 and £140 a day. Each role has its own band on the listing.

UK and Ireland

We list roles for candidates living in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland.

English only

Briefs, stand-ups and written work are in English. That is the working language for every listing.

Process

From listing to first week

A short path. No income is guaranteed; a role is offered only if both sides agree the fit.

1

Read the vacancy

Tasks, rate band and experience bar are written on the role page.

2

Send an application

The form opens an email to our desk so a coordinator can review your details.

3

A screening call

If the profile matches, we arrange a conversation about scope and start date.

4

Written terms

Work begins only after the rate, hours and duties are confirmed in writing.
